Poor Selena Gomez. Not only did she have to endure a stay at the Dawn at The Meadows rehab in Wickenburg, Arizona, she also had to hear stories about her former friend Miley Cyrus hooking up with Justin Bieber!
Selena Gomez: Did A Justin Bieber & Miley Cyrus Hook-Up Lead To Rehab?
HollywoodLife.com already reported that Justin’s partying ways helped influence Selena’s decision to attend rehab, but now Star Magazine is alleging that his hookups were to blame! The mag’s inside source reveals that Selena opened up about her issues with Justin in group therapy sessions, saying that his bad boy ways badly hurt her.
“She kept talking about a girl named Miley — a friend of hers who betrayed her by hooking up with her boyfriend behind her back,” the insider says. “Dealing with the stories about Justin’s random hookups were bad enough, but hearing that he was involved with one of her closest friends was the ultimate betrayal for her.”
Sounds totally understandable! However, the story gets worse.“She told the group how much she was struggling with Justin’s infidelity and his obsession with hooking up with other women,” an insider says. “She learned from mutual friends time and again that Justin was cheating, and that knowledge was breaking her heart.”
Selena Gomez’ Drug Issues
Justin’s horrible influence on Selena doesn’t end there — apparently, he convinced her to try drugs!
“She finally gave in to pressure and started smoking weed with Justin,” says a friend of Selena’s. “His house was the first place she tried it. She doesn’t smoke anywhere near as much as Justin, but she does have a problem, and her parents blame [Justin] for it. They think he’s a bad influence.”
Sounds awful. Hopefully Selena can get over Justin — for good — soon!
