Yesterday singer Kelly Rowland made a huge fashion statement with the daring attire(pictured above) which she wore for the Houghton runway show at NY Fashion Week Thursday.
The R&B singer - who turns 33 next week - showcased her surgically-enhanced bust in the outfit which included a silk shirt with a decolletage, and glittery palazzo pant suit.
Now as much as I'm of the view that fashion is personal style and not necessarily following trends, I honestly do not understand this outfit.
I gotta admit though, Kelly-real name Kelendria- looks absolutely beautiful and radiant from her neck up,.
So I gotta ask: Kellys shiny palazzo suit, fashion forward or fashion NO-NO?
